a modern day miracle
Yesterday, I woke up at 5:30 a.m., and I stayed up and I got dressed and I walked 15 minutes to the gym, did 45 minutes of cardio then walked 15 minutes home.
Today, I woke up at 5:10 a.m., and barely stayed up and I got dressed and walked 15 minutes in the POURING rain to the gym, did 35 minutes of cardio then walked 15 minutes home in the POURING rain.
So when you ask if miracles still occur, I say, yes...they do.
If I can keep this up, maybe I can get back to my figure of days gone by:
I mean, come ON. Look at that protruding hip bone... CALIENTE!

Ooooohhhh Baby. Let's Get Physical!!! This is a great thing Gina!!! Not only will you look better you will feel better. To quite L Woods, "When people workout endorphins are released. Endorphins make us happy, happy people don't murder other people." I love her she is so smart.

OMG!!! ONJ!!!..I made scrap book after scrap book of her--I was way ahead of this scarp booking bitches of today I tell you!!! Of course everyone would tell me how she was a big old lez!! rmemebr that? but I didnt care! One of my fav songs to sing with my gal pal Val is "Suddenly" her duet with Cliff Richard--Of course Im usually sloshed when we do it!!! ONJ's Greatest Hits is on my pod and gets quite the play when no ones around! xoxo E

I didnt care...One of my fav song to sing a duet is "Suddenly" the duet with Cliff Richard...I and my gal pal Val like to belt that one out at partys--yes we are usually sloshed!
So of course ONJ's Greatest Hits is on my I POD and I must admit it does get some heavy rotation from me.....especially on the cleanning the house days!
